What does WhatsApp cost?
Messages your customers send you are free. Your replies are free for the first 1,000 service messages a month on each number, and for up to 7 days after a customer reaches you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. Meta charges per message for templates and for replies beyond those limits, and bills you for them directly. CustomerFlows adds no fee or markup.
